Finfo is all about helping New Brunswickers feel confident and informed when it comes to money—and our free community programs are one of the ways we do that.
Finfo is a consumer education program by the Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick (the Commission). We’re here to help you build knowledge, protect yourself, and make smart financial choices—without pressure or a sales pitch.
We offer free presentations that make financial topics easy to understand and relevant to everyday life. Our presentations are available in person or virtual, in French or English and all resource material has been created in both official languages.
To see a list of the Commission’s available presentations or to book a presentation please visit the Commission’s website.
At the Commission, one of our priorities is to identify ways to address financial abuse, particularly financial abuse of older adults and other vulnerable people, within the industries that we regulate. We developed a website with information and tools, including a free e-learning course, to help older New Brunswickers, their families and caregivers and financial professionals with the tools to recognize and avoid financial abuse and exploitation.
The Commission delivers free events in New Brunswick communities that are open to the public. To see when we will be in your community or to sign up to attend, visit the Commission’s calendar of events.
